This week we’ve been harvesting peas, broad beans, lettuce and kale. They have been donated to the hostel next door, which helps people with mental health issues move towards living independently. Aproximate distance food has travelled from soil to plate: 10 metres.

We now have four new Abundance trailers! Ten of us spent a weekend building the trailers, which were made largely out of reused materials. The trailers will be used to collect and deliver fruit and veg to groups who can make good use of it.
